Ladoga - Mrs. Margaret A. Mahorney died 1:45 p.m. Saturday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville where she had been a patient one day. She had been seriouly ill for the past five weeks. She was born March 24, 1889, near Ladoga, a daughter of Lew and Sarah Morphew Miller. She married J. Clayton Mahorney June 30, 1907. He died May 24, 1964. Ms. Mahorney had been living with her daughter, Mrs. Carl Moore near Crawfordsville. She was a member of Church of Brethren northwest of Ladoga. She is survived by the daughter, a son, Paul Mahorney of Ladoga; a sister, Maude Harris of Lebanon, a brother Ott Miller of Ladoga; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Gephart Funeral Home in Ladoga with Rev. Albert Harshbarger officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Monday. Burial will be in Harshbarger Cemetery north of Ladoga.

LADOGA – Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Mahorney were held at the Gephart Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon with Albert Harshbarger officiating Mrs. George Frantz, organist, played favorite selections. Pallbearers were Harold Miller, Gene Miller, Lewis Goshorn, James Motsch, S. L. Mahorney and Sam Mahorney. Burial was in the Harshbarger Cemetery north of Ladoga. – jlr
